Elizabeth Giannini is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in strategic analysis, top-line growth, leadership development, and administrative management. Her expertise spans a wide range of business structures from non-profits and start-ups to mature organizations. Elizabeth’s unique ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and tactical execution makes her an asset to the Bennett team. 

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo she worked in public relations before taking a position with the California Farm Bureau Federation. Giannini served various roles within the organization at the county and state level. During her tenure with Farm Bureau, Giannini gained knowledge of the regulatory and environmental challenges that California farmers and ranchers face. She began focusing her efforts on finding ways to connect agriculture to other industries in non-traditional ways. She left Farm Bureau in 2015 to lead a virtual-based educational Foundation dedicated to teaching children the connection between the science of agriculture and everyday life.  

Elizabeth joined Bennett Environmental in 2019. Giannini has a passion for leading growth initiatives, expanding market share, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Her wealth of knowledge and leadership capabilities make her a valuable asset to the Bennett team.  

To recharge, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her three children either relaxing at home or on an adventure somewhere along California’s beautiful coastline.
