Tyler Bennett is a visionary leader with a profound commitment to water conservation and sustainability. With over a decade of experience as Chairman and CEO of his family’s Central California-based irrigation company, now GAR Bennett, Tyler plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach and influence, solidifying its position as a pioneering force in precision irrigation and nutrient solutions. He founded Bennett Environmental in 2015 to help solve water and nutrient management challenges on California dairies. 

After living abroad, Tyler returned to the family business in 2009 bringing 11 years of experience in the finance sector having served as a Chief Financial Officer in both the Construction and Healthcare industries. 

Tyler is a proud alumnus of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. His academic achievements, coupled with his extensive professional experience, have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex business landscapes and make a meaningful difference in the world of water management. 

Bennett continues to combine his financial expertise, commitment to sustainable practices, and passion for aiding agricultural communities to drive positive change. His visionary leadership, dedication to water conservation, and commitment to innovation make him a standout figure in the industry.
